Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

Please note:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped.
  • Garments that have been worn cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless covered by our First Pair Guarantee (if you’ve worn a pair and are not satisfied, please refer to our First Pair Guarantee for next steps).

To request a return, please email info@drystep.com.au with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return (e.g. incorrect size, wrong item received, or manufacturing issue)

We’ll get back to you with next steps as quickly as possible. Please don’t send an item back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, generally within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only final sale items (where specifically marked "Final Sale" on the product page) are non-refundable.

Bundle discounts such as "Buy 3, Pay for 2" or "Buy 5, Pay for 3" are eligible for return, provided the socks are unworn and in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, please email us at info@drystep.com.au.

Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, it will cover the item price only (excluding any original shipping charges).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
