Christmas Cut-Off Dates 2025
For the best chance of your DrySteps arriving in time to sit under the Christmas tree, we recommend ordering online by the dates below. Please note these are delivery estimates and we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date.
Express Delivery
- WA, NT & TAS - 1pm Monday, 22 December (AEST)
- Rest of AU - 1pm Tuesday, 23 December (AEST)
Standard Delivery
- WA & NT - 11.30pm Thursday, 18 December (AEST)
- Rest of AU - 1pm Friday, 19 December (AEST)
Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping: Free on orders $80 or more. For orders under $80, a flat rate of $6.95 applies. Delivery is estimated within 3-6 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $11.95. Delivery is estimated within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- We do not accept any liability for orders that are not delivered within the expected timeframe due to the fault of any party but DryStep. Please ensure you leave plenty of time for processing, dispatch and delivery of your order.
Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping options in the future!
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you realise there's an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@drystep.com.au to correct it. We will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your items, we are not liable for any packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
